- Inspected and found ac cooling but not getting cold, and passenger side not going full cold according to actuator. Recovered freon from system and found low .5lbs, charged system to correct amount and checked for leaks, no leaks found and ac pressures within spec, ac getting cold as designed, found passenger temperature actuator binding, recommended new actuator and verifying door is not damaged.
- Removed actuator and found couple gear broken, old actuator overclocking and broke gear, replaced broken gear and installed new actuator. Checked and passenger side hvac working in all modes.
