  • During inpection found the lower control arm bushing starting to tear has slight play also recommend 2 front tires 225/65R17 also alignment after putting on 2 new tires. Found rear rotors warpped replace pad and turn rotors. Recommend new wipers all 3.
  • INSTALLED NEW BRAKE PADS AND RESURFACED BRAKE ROTORS.

  • Diagnosed and found new tail housing bushing damaged and seal leaking, Installed new bushing and seal and remeasured drive shaft lateral run out. Drive shaft is just inside spec when turning but under load drive shaft is out of spec, Recommended complete drive shaft and retest.
  • Replaced drive shaft and no abnormal vibration or lateral runout note. Test drove and vehicle shifting great.

  • refrigerant charge seams overcharged by gauges, visible leak from high side service valve. temp door is stuck hot, blows only hot air from vents. live scan data shows actuator is working as commanded. visible inspection of temp actuator can see working as commanded. this confirms temp door is broken. REC REPLACE TEMP/BLEND DOOR. REC SERVICE REFRIGERANT, REPLACE HIGH SIDE SVC VALVE. customer declined at this time.

  • Diagnosed and found oil pan gasket leaking, found oil cooler lines wet at crimp from metal to rubber, Oil pan gasket leak is the worst.
  • Performed electrical system test and battery, alternator, and starter test good. Checked and tighten all grounds. No problems found and no recommended repairs.
  • Checked brakes and rear brake shoes are thin, recommended rear brake job, front brakes still have good life left and caliper slides working fine.
  • Lubed passenger rear window and window still drawing more current then desired and is still slow. Recommended passenger rear window regulator.
  • Checked and no dtc stored for engine running concerns. Injector balance rates good but throttle body is dirty. Recommended tune up(spark plugs and fuel injection service). Air filter is clean.
  • Found mirror housing broken but electrically mirror adjusts fine. Mirror assembly with fold but is tight, recommended mirror assembly to repair.
  • Checked and found left motor mount torn and loose, right motor mount is worn but not torn. Recommended both motor mounts.
  • Replaced oil pan gasket and cleaned. Test drove and oil pan gasket no longer leaking.
  • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
  • Replaced spark plugs and test drove. Vehicle running great.
  • FLUSHED INJECTORS AND CLEANED THROTTLE BODY.
  • Replaced rear brake shoes and resurfaced rear brake drums. Test drove and vehicle stopping great.
  • Replaced both engine mounts and test drove. Engine no longer moving when accelerating.

  • Diagnosed and found dtc set for multiple injector circuit failure. cleaned and tighten all injector connectors setting circuit failure dtc. cleared all dtc and dtc for injector #7 is the only one that came back. checked and found injector connector high resistance. replaced #7 injector connector and cleared dtc. checked and no dtc reset. test drove and vehicle running great.
