2015 RAM 1500
Mileage119,856Service Date2/4/2026Services Performed- Verified concern. Oil filter housing is leaking and I recommend upgrading to metal version so it won't be a issue in the future. I checked trans fluid and fluid is red but a darker shade of red. It is serviceable with no codes or shift concerns when I test drove it. I recommend a full fluid exchange on the transmission.
- Removed intake and gained access to oil filter housing. Found the oil cooler hose is swollen where oil has been sitting on it. I replaced the oil cooler hose while in there. Removed housing and replaced with new. Installed new gaskets on the intake manifold. Installed all back into place and torqued to spec. Checked for leaks and cleaned down the oil as well as I could. There is going to be some residual thats trapped in areas I can not get to. Recommend a drive in the next rain storm or a good under belly wash.
- Flushed transmission with synthetic AMS oil transmission fluid. Serviced 8 qts of fluid through the transmission until clean.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
- I replaced this hose while intake was off. I disconnected it from behind the engine and then removed it from under the intake. Installed new one back into place.

2009 Ford Flex
Mileage140,821Service Date1/28/2026Services Performed- Test drove, pulled in, and inspected. Found CEL on prior to service. Lifted and inspected. Found the right lower control arm to new but it was left loose. Because it was left loose I would recommend it being replaced. I tightened it down. Found the left sway bar link bushing blown out and both were loose. Those are now tight but left will make noise and after being left loose I recommend both. The left lower control arm bushing is bad and it needs replaced. Safety inspection; note found brake pull on test drive. While on lift I found front rotors heat cracked. The calipers are sticking and the brake hoses are causing a pull. Recommend all with new pads. Rear pads are at 2mm. We recommend replacing at anything under 2mm. Rotors are thin and will need to be replaced. Per sticker the oil change was due at 128k. It has 140k on it now. I checked oil and found it barely registering on the dipstick. I recommend oil flush and oil change. I also recommend regular oil change intervals to prevent engine wear or worse.
- Pulled front wheel and found right side bolt missing off of axle. Found bolt and installed. Replaced both front lower control arms with new. Tightened to spec.
- Replaced both front sway bar links.
- Performed vehicle alignment, adjusted camber, caster, and toe as available. Test drove and vehicle drove straight. Maxed out camber adjustment on right side. There are no camber bolt add on's available and this would require replacing the strut. Then I recommend both. Customer declined at this time and I adjusted everything as close as I can get it.
- Pulled both front calipers off of rotors and replaced with new. Bled brakes, replaced pads, and replaced rotors.
- Replaced both front brakes hoses and bled system.
- Flushed complete brake fluid system, test drove and verified no leaks.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.

Mileage87,129Service Date1/27/2026Services Performed- Inspected the vehicle and confirmed the customers complaint of the vehicle having a bad water pump. We preformed some tests and found it to have failed. We will need to replace the water pump to correct the issue.
- Pulled passenger wheel and inner fender well. Removed outlet hose and thermostat housing. Removed the water pump. Used water pump holder to keep holes aligned. Installed back in and aligned the holes and bolted down. Connected all hoses and thermostat housing using new gaskets. Installed fender wheel well back into place. torqued wheel down and then started filling with coolant. Bled air out of system and test drove until thermostat opened and closed. All working as designed.

Transfer case output seal leaking at right side. Vacuum pump is leaking. Right upper engine mount vibrating.
- Mounted and balanced 4 tires.
- Performed vehicle alignment, adjusted camber, caster, and toe as available. Test drove and vehicle drove straight.

2013 Toyota Prius
Mileage142,280Service Date12/19/2025Services Performed- We pulled the vehicle into the shop and began testing the HVAC for operation with our computer and we found the vehicle needs a mode door actuator due to its being stuck on the dash vents. To correct the issue we will need to replace the mode actuator. Once the mode actuator was installed and the dash was reassembled the we found the blend actuator was failing when we used the computer to prompt the actuators to reprogram we found it would swing full to one direction and it would stop half way on the return sweep. We cleared the program and attempted to reprogram and we had the same results multiple times. Further testing revels we will need to replace another actuator. Once both actuators were replaced we attempted another reprogram and this time the reprogram was successful and the HVAC is operating as it was designed to.
- Installed two actuators and after reprogramming the HVAC tested good.

2014 GMC Sierra 1500
Mileage88,227Service Date12/3/2025Services Performed- Scanned the computer and found codes relating to the thermostat failing, we preformed further testing of the thermostat manually and found the thermostat is not operating as it should and the temperature is not achieving the temperature the vehicle needs to be at so the Check engine light is coming on. To correct the issue we will need to replace the thermostat and retest the system to ensure proper operation.
- Removed the old thermostat housing and replaced it with a new thermostat housing and the new unit tested out good.

2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Mileage133,443Service Date10/28/2025Services Performed- We test drove the vehicle and were able to confirm the customers complaint on the thumping noise, With further inspection of the drive line we found the slip yolk was making a noise so we will need to remove the rear drive shaft and re-lube the yolk, we also need to open up the rear differential to inspect the gears due to them being low on fluid and the customer stated they had added fluid before they brought it in. Once the inspection was complete we will need to clean out the rear differential of any debris and add fresh AMS differential fluid . We would also suggest a transmission flush due to mileage, We checked the fluid to see if it would qualify and it was brown in color so it would be border line as to if we should preform the flush. Once we notified the customer of the situation and they preferred for us to preform the flush.
- FLUSHED DIFFERENTIAL WITH NEW FLUID AND ADDED CORRECT CONDITIONERS.
- Removed the Rear drive shaft and lubed the slip yolk and reinstalled shaft.
- Flushed transmission with synthetic AMS oil transmission fluid.

2007 Ford Pickup
Mileage110,173Service Date10/22/2025Services Performed- Inspected and found that the shift cable bushing had crumbled and allowed the shift cable to come off of the shifter. At this time I would recommend replacement of the shift cable bushing to the console shifter and retesting. Ordered in rebuild kit. I removed what was left of old bushings and rebuilt connector. Then connected to transmission. Tested and now shifting as it should.

2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Mileage214,101Service Date10/14/2025Services Performed- Confirmed concern. No DTCs. Inspected engine area and tested for vacuum leaks. Found large vacuum leak under the intake. Tested the front and back of manifold and found the leak on both sides. The leak is large. I will need to remove intake to inspect for damage or bad seals & replace intake gaskets, throttle body gasket. I also recommend spark plugs while there as much of the labor is in removing the intake.
- Took all necessary components loose to remove intake. Once intake was off I found one of the rear intake gaskets was pinched causing the intake leak. I also found pcv to manifold hose broke and repaired with bulk hose. The connector on one side is split. Replacing it with new. Dipstick was not bolted down so I connected it. Replaced the intake gaskets with new and saved the one bad one for customer. Once on I checked for leaks and none found. Vehicle is idling as it should.
- Pulled 3 spark plugs and all look like they have been replaced. Installed back. Installed new connector off brake booster that was split. Replaced broke pcv to manifold hose that was broke. The hose its self would of working if the connecting boots were not torn. The other shop connected the broke hose with a bulk hose with new hose clamps. If they would have replaced the end boots on this or just replaced the entire hose like we did it would not of been a concern.
