  • Found the water coming off the drain running down into the bulk head causing it to wet the passenger side floor board. Tech reseal the bulk head also create a track to steer the water away from bulk head.

  • Test & found coolant halg gallon low filled up & pressure tested for a hour found no visible leaks. Drove twice temp never got of above 212 at idle at stop light on highway temp drop to 180's. Thermostat open like it should cleared codes no lights on at this time.

  • Inspected and found multiple dtc setting low voltage and ccv actuation fault. Inspected ccv system and no problems found. Live scan tool data showed ccv system working fine and no abnormal readings noted. Verified vehicle grounds are all secured and no excessive voltage drops across electrical system. Checked battery and battery tested weak, trickle charged battery overnight and battery still failing load test. Recommended battery, clearing dtc, and retesting.
  • Inspected and found day time running led strip out, led strip is built into head lamp assembly, complete assembly must be replace for repairs. customer declined at this time.
  • Replaced battery and cleaned battery terminals. Relearned charging system to new state of health for battery. Checked and charging system working fine, charging at 14.2 volts. Cleared all dtc and test drove. No dtc reset and Vehicle running fine. No service lights on at this time. No more recommended repairs.
