Verified concerns. u0122 and u0073 active in system. Started test while watching current. Found voltage changes while checking can bus wires to ABS module. Open up wiring to check wires and found no concerns. Unplugged and checked every pin. Found 2 pins that did not have good pin tension. Tensioned pins and plugged back into system. Tested and found that both codes were no longer active in system. Moved wiring harness and found no change. Wrapped up wiring harness to protect and installed everything back into place. Test drove and no longer have either code or able to duplicate initial concern. Inspected vehicle and found belt is bad. Cam carrier gasket on passenger side is leaking. Thermostat housing has small leak that has left residual on the block. Expansion valve is covered in PAG oil. EAF is restricted. Pulled a spark plug and found arcing. LF axle shaft seal is seeping. Trans is slightly low on fluid. FIS is optional based on mileage.
Replaced spark plugs.
Serviced transmission.
Recovered .937lbs of freon from system. Replaced expansion valve and charged system to 1.05. No other leaks found and blowing cold.
Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.

Inspected and notice on test drive vehicle engine has sluggish engine performance, reduced acceleration, converter is clogged recommend replacing the catalytic converter along with a air fuel ratio sensor due to the engine performance issue as well.
Replaced front catalytic converter and air fuel ratio sensor test drove and working great .

Test drove and confirmed clicking from the left axle area. Inspected and found cv axle boot is torn and no grease in axle joint. Recommend cv axle to correct.
Replaced cv axle and test drove. No longer clicking.
Squeaks are coming from front brake pads. Pad life is 7mm. Pads that were used were not OE quality and is why they are squeaking. Recommend brake job with our pads to correct concern.

Diagnosed and found dtc p000a in pcm for cam solenoid slow response, found dtc for low voltage on power steering and engine convienence. Checked and vehicle running at correct voltage and found actuator responding fine at this time. Advise customer actuator slow response is most likely from actuator starting to stick. Customer states vehicle is do for an oil change. Recommended engine oil flush and good oil change.
INSTALLED BG EPR 109 FLUSH AND RAN VEHICLE. CHANGED OIL AND FILTER AND INSTALLED BG MOA ADVANCED FORMULA.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle. Cleared all dtc and no dtc reset at this time.

Checked and dtc setting in history for sticking valve body. Transmission fluid at proper level. Test drove and vehicle shifting fine through all gears. Recommended transmission do to mileage and internal mechanical failure(declined) or monitoring transmission for later replacement. Inspected vehicle over and found rear brakes thin and need serviced, found air filter dirty and needs replaced. found battery corroded(tests good) needs battery service, found cabin filter dirty, needs serviced.
INSTALLED NEW BRAKE PADS AND RESURFACED BRAKE ROTORS.
CLEANED BATTERY TERMINALS AND ADDED BG BATTERY TERMINAL PAD KIT.

Verified concern. Found steering gear and power steering line is leaking. Recommend replacing p/s lines and steering gear. Will need a alignment after replacing gear.
Test drove and unable to duplicate knocking sound. Lifted and inspected. Found alot of new components. Checked for loose parts and none found. No recommendations at this time.
