Test drove and duplicated soft pedal, no leaks found and brake fluid is full, but brake fluid failed quality test, Bled brake system and Brake pedal feels better, performed abs performance test and brake system passed. Test drove and brake pedal feels good and vehicle stopping as designed.

Mounted and balanced 4 rear dully tires.
The inspection found the vehicle to be in good condition with the exception the rear tires. We will need to replace the rear tires due to them having extremely low tread and one of them having separation. All of the tires are inflated to 65 psi 7/32 7mm 13/32 7mm 5/32 2/32 5mm 4/32 separation 5mm

Found valve cover leaking. Recommend tube seals and would be a good time to do spark plugs if they are due. Washer fluid cap missing. Brake fluid tested bad(200ppm). CEL on pts. Rear brake bulb out and was replaced. 8/32 7mm 8/32 9/32 9/32
Pulled coils and loosened lines. Pulled valve cover. Replaced spark plugs. Cleaned both the head and the cover. Removed the tube seals and installed the new seals into the cover. Placed the gasket and then installed the cover and torqued to spec. Cleaned area and installed coils back into place. Cleared codes. There was a b1s1 o2 code in system. Further diag needed if it comes back. Tpms light should reset after a few miles of driving.

Test drove, pulled in, and inspected. Found CEL on prior to service. Lifted and inspected. Found the right lower control arm to new but it was left loose. Because it was left loose I would recommend it being replaced. I tightened it down. Found the left sway bar link bushing blown out and both were loose. Those are now tight but left will make noise and after being left loose I recommend both. The left lower control arm bushing is bad and it needs replaced. Safety inspection; note found brake pull on test drive. While on lift I found front rotors heat cracked. The calipers are sticking and the brake hoses are causing a pull. Recommend all with new pads. Rear pads are at 2mm. We recommend replacing at anything under 2mm. Rotors are thin and will need to be replaced. Per sticker the oil change was due at 128k. It has 140k on it now. I checked oil and found it barely registering on the dipstick. I recommend oil flush and oil change. I also recommend regular oil change intervals to prevent engine wear or worse.
Pulled front wheel and found right side bolt missing off of axle. Found bolt and installed. Replaced both front lower control arms with new. Tightened to spec.
Replaced both front sway bar links.
Performed vehicle alignment, adjusted camber, caster, and toe as available. Test drove and vehicle drove straight. Maxed out camber adjustment on right side. There are no camber bolt add on's available and this would require replacing the strut. Then I recommend both. Customer declined at this time and I adjusted everything as close as I can get it.
Pulled both front calipers off of rotors and replaced with new. Bled brakes, replaced pads, and replaced rotors.
Replaced both front brakes hoses and bled system.
Flushed complete brake fluid system, test drove and verified no leaks.

Inspected and found that the shift cable bushing had crumbled and allowed the shift cable to come off of the shifter. At this time I would recommend replacement of the shift cable bushing to the console shifter and retesting. Ordered in rebuild kit. I removed what was left of old bushings and rebuilt connector. Then connected to transmission. Tested and now shifting as it should.

Inspected and found no codes, so i proceeded to change the blower speed over and over and was not able to replicate an issue. I unplugged both the resistor and the blower motor to check for any damage due to over amping causing the connectors to melt, but everything appeared to be okay. I removed the cabin air filter to see if it was restricting airflow and found that it is clean and not causing any issues. I cannot replicate the customers concern at this time.
Hood stuck shut. Carefully, used plastic pry and towel to open hood. Inspected and found that the hood stops were turned all the way in, not allowing any upwards pressure on the hood while it was closed, and it was letting the hood sag below the fender making the body lines look off. I turned them out 6 turns each and now the hood open and closes every time, and now sits even with the fenders. While the hood was open i went ahead and lubed the hood latch assembly.
Inspected and found 2 codes, a p018c-00 – Low pressure fuel pressure sensor circuit low, and a p0316-00 – for a misfire detected on the first 1000 revolutions. I removed the number 2 coil and plug and found that the spark plugs are worn and in need of replacement. Next i went to diagnose the P018c, i started by unplugging the sensor and verifying the 5v, ground, and reference circuits are good to the PCM. I next jumped the 5v wire to the reference line and watched the PID on my scan tool, and it maxed out the pressure, I then did the same with the ground wire and jumped it to the reference line and the pressure bottomed out to 0 indicating that the low pressure fuel pressure sensor has and internal fault and can be causing the engine to run rough. At this time id recommend replacement of all 4 spark plugs and coil boots, along with the low pressure fuel pressure sensor and retesting.
Removed and replaced fuel pressure sensor. Cleared codes and tested.
Replaced all spark plugs with new. Boots were not provided so I reused the hold ones. Connections seem to be ok. Started and now idling as it should test drove and did not have any misfires come up. I recommend a GDI service for injectors.

Pulled in and checked ac system. Found system operating and cooling to 49degrees with outside temp of 74. Thats still code but not the best degree of drop. Found low side schrader port bubbling. Found no other evidence of leaks and it did rain yesterday when this was dropped off. This can was any evidence away. At this point, I recommend recovering freon and replacing schrader valves. This is not likely the leak. When we recover we can see how load and gauge how long until the vehicle needs to return for another inspection. After recovering I replaced schrader valves and then charged system. Let it run in shop for 30 minutes and checked for any leaks. None found at this time but with .75lb low would suggest there is a leak that may not be showing itself as of now. Will need back to inspect if it starts blowing cool or warm again.
Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance. Recovered 2.077 Charged 2.75

Scanned the ECU for codes and found code B1081 (Left temp door shorted to ground) and code B1083 (Recirculation door mechanical failure) Which shows us the left temperature blend door motor is bad and will need to be replaced. When we vacuumed doen the A/C system we recovered 2.3 lbs of freon and the system only required 1.5lbs so we returned it to the proper setting.
Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
