  • Drained coolant and pulled belt. Removed cover and replaced timing belt, idler, tensioner, and water pump. Installed all component pieces back in place. Filled with coolant and tested.
  • (Combination) – TIMING BELT IDLER PULLEY – Remove & Replace
  • (Combination) – TIMING BELT TENSIONER – Remove & Replace
  • (Combination) – WATER PUMP – Remove & Replace
  • Replaced oil filter gasket and installed new filter. Topped off oil.
  • Installed new crank seal while doing timing belt. Cleaned area.

  • PERFORMED VEHICLE ALIGNMENT, ADJUSTED CAMBER CASTER AND TOE. TEST DROVE AND VEHICLE DROVE STRAIGHT AFTER ROTATING TIRES. FOUND THAT THE TIRES HAVE A PULL. CHECKED ALIGNMENT AFTER TEST DRIVING AND FOUND IT WAS TO FACTORY SPEC. ROTATED TIRES AND NO LONGER HAVE TIRE PULL.

  • FOUND SUN ROOF DRAINS CLOGGED WITH DIRT AND LEAVES CLEANED DRAINS. CHECKED AND FOUND NO MORE WATER LEAKS AROUND SUN ROOF OR HEAD LINER.
  • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
  • REMOVED AND REPLACED TIMING BELT TENSIONER
  • REMOVED AND REPLACED WATER PUMP
  • REPLACED TIMING BELT AND WATER PUMP, REPLACED TENSIONER AND IDLER FOR TIMING BELT. FLUSHED OUT COOLANT AND FILLED WITH NEW COOLANT. TEST DROVE AND VEHICLE RUNNING GREAT. NO LEAKS FOUND AND NO SERVICE LIGHTS ON.
