Inspection found the right front wheel bearing to be bad and may have damaged the vac hub for the 4X4 once the wheel hub is replaced we will know. Found the right front brake rotors and pads are in need of replacement as well. The front struts are likely bad as well will need to checked when the wheel bearing is replaced. Also found a few oil leaks which would need to be checked out. Inspection found that both CV axles have lost their boots and the grease is gone and wearing out the axles. Also found the upper and lower ball joint boots are ripped and or missing causing the ball joints to be dry. Customer declined replacing the ball joints and tie rod ends and front brakes at this time.
Replace passenger front wheel bearing.

Performed inspection and found the purge valve had failed which caused the difficulty starting after filling up the gas tank. Also found the oil leak is due to a faulty oil pan gasket, once the gasket was replaced and all the oil residue was cleaned up no more leaks were found and all checked out good at this time 8 mm 8 mm 3/32 3/32 5 mm 5 mm 8/32 8/32
Replace canister purge valve.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
Replace the oil pan due to sever oil leak and cleaned up oil residue and all checked out good at this time.

Confirmed concern. Found phasers rattling on cold start. I didn't hear anything from motor. At this point I recommend cam phasers, timing chains, guides & tensioners. While replacing recommend water pump and thermostat. Recommend tune up w/ coil boots as I can see the boots are worn. Pulled one plug and found plug worn. Serp belt should be replaced. Noticied right side turbo has a small leak.
Removed belts and timing cover. Set timing marks and replaced chains, tensioners, guides, and bolts. Replaced cam phasers. Found solenoids were showing some wear at screen Replaced all 4 solenoids. Replaced all gaskets and seals. New serp belt and ac belt. Installed customer supplied spark plugs and boots. Filled with 2 gallons of coolant. Test run and performed engine flush along with LOF. Test drove 3 times getting to temp and bringing back down. Final check on lift with no concerns.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
INSTALLED BG EPR 109 FLUSH AND RAN VEHICLE. CHANGED OIL AND FILTER AND INSTALLED BG MOA ADVANCED FORMULA.

Performed LOF. Recommend air filter cleaning. Found top coolant hose leaking. Hose is brittle. Recommend replacing it soon. Found lower coolant hose leaking at quick connect. Pinion seal is leaking. Topped of fluid and added 1 qt of gear oil to diff. Transmission output seals are leaking but transmission sychronizers are going out and shift bushings feel pad. I would recommend transmission, clutch kit/release bearing, and shifter bushing kit. Also noted 2 front tires are worn. Inside of RF tire is worn smooth. Recommend alignment after tires.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
