Diagnosed and found oil pan gasket leaking, found oil cooler lines wet at crimp from metal to rubber, Oil pan gasket leak is the worst.
Performed electrical system test and battery, alternator, and starter test good. Checked and tighten all grounds. No problems found and no recommended repairs.
Checked brakes and rear brake shoes are thin, recommended rear brake job, front brakes still have good life left and caliper slides working fine.
Lubed passenger rear window and window still drawing more current then desired and is still slow. Recommended passenger rear window regulator.
Checked and no dtc stored for engine running concerns. Injector balance rates good but throttle body is dirty. Recommended tune up(spark plugs and fuel injection service). Air filter is clean.
Found mirror housing broken but electrically mirror adjusts fine. Mirror assembly with fold but is tight, recommended mirror assembly to repair.
Checked and found left motor mount torn and loose, right motor mount is worn but not torn. Recommended both motor mounts.
Replaced oil pan gasket and cleaned. Test drove and oil pan gasket no longer leaking.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
Replaced spark plugs and test drove. Vehicle running great.
FLUSHED INJECTORS AND CLEANED THROTTLE BODY.
Replaced rear brake shoes and resurfaced rear brake drums. Test drove and vehicle stopping great.
Replaced both engine mounts and test drove. Engine no longer moving when accelerating.

Diagnosed and found dtc set for multiple injector circuit failure. cleaned and tighten all injector connectors setting circuit failure dtc. cleared all dtc and dtc for injector #7 is the only one that came back. checked and found injector connector high resistance. replaced #7 injector connector and cleared dtc. checked and no dtc reset. test drove and vehicle running great.

Pressured system and found water pump is leaking. Coolant is running out of it with pressure. Recommend replacing than testing.
Drained coolant. Removed and replaced water pump and torqued to spec. Belt was in good shape. Filled with coolant and bled air out of system. Tested drove.

Inspected front end and located loose components. Found Both upper control arms have play in the ball joints. Pitman arm has play. Front shocks blown out. Recommend replacing all and than aligning.
Removed pitman arm and replaced.
Replaced front shocks.
Replaced LF upper control arm with new
Replaced upper control arm on RF side.
PERFORMED VEHICLE ALIGNMENT, ADJUSTED CAMBER CASTER AND TOE. TEST DROVE AND VEHICLE DROVE STRAIGHT.
Found driver door regulator is broke. Will need to replace. Pass works with pass switch. Its moving slow and binding up. Needs to be lubed. Master switch does not work pass side with out working the switch. Its failing and recommend replacing.
Removed door panel. Replaced window regulator with new. Installed panel back into place. Tested and working as designed.
Replaced master switch and tested.

Replaced alternator. Installed new belt. Pulled ac belt and replaced it too
Replaced belt while doing serp belt
Replaced spark plugs and wires, Replaced air filter. Engine dipstick holder is broke in 3 pieces and holding together by dipstick. Replaced it.
FLUSHED INJECTORS AND CLEANED THROTTLE BODY.
Pulled pan. Changed filter. cleaned magnet. Fluid was dark but didn't have any contaminants in pan. Installed pan with gasket and filled with 5 qts of Ams trans fluid.

DIAGNOSED AND FOUND LOUD VALVE TRAIN NOISE. REMOVED VALVE COVER AND FOUND SEVERAL ROCKER ARMS LOOSE. TOOK OIL SAMPLE AND FOUND EVIDENCE OF METAL. RECOMMENDED ENGINE DUE TO DAMAGE AND MILEAGE.
REPLACED ENGINE ASSEMBLY. FOUND MOUNTS VERY WORN, REPLACED MOUNTS AND INSTALLED ENGINE INSTALL KIT(WATER PUMP, THERMOSTAT, RADIATOR HOSES, OIL FILTER, SPARK PLUGS, SPARK PLUG WIRES, AND RADIATOR CAP. FILLED WITH NEW COOLANT AND OIL. REPLACED VALVE COVER WITH BUILT IN PCV VALVE. TEST DROVE AND VEHICLE RUNNING GREAT. NO DTC SET AND NO LEAKS FOUND. COOLANT TEMP REGULATING PROPERLY AND FANS COMING ON AS DESIGN WHEN COMMANDED.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
