TRANSMISSION SHIFTING THROUGH ALL GEARS AND TRANSMISSION ADAPT PRESSURES GOOD. NO RECOMMENDED REPAIRS FOR TRANSMISSION, HOWEVER, CURRENTLY WORKING, POSSIBLE DEBRIS THAT TEMP STUCK TO SWITCH 5.
    • REAR BRAKES ARE GRINDING AND WILL NEED FULL REPLACEMENT, ALSO NOTED TAHT FRONT LEFT SHOCK IS BLOWN OUT, ALL FOUR SHOCKS ARE HIGH QUALITY BILSTEINS, RECOMMEND REPLACE ALL FOUR, REAR PINION SEAL LEAKING, RECOMMEND REPLACE SEAL AND SERVICE DIFF, OBSERVE FOR DIFF DAMAGE DUE TO LOW FLUID
    • INSTALLED NEW BRAKE PADS AND RESURFACED BRAKE ROTORS.

    • REPLACED OIL PRESSURE SWITCH AND OIL PRESSURE GAUGE WORKING FINE. RECHECKED AND NO MORE OIL LEAKS COMING FROM OIL PRESSURE SENDER
    • REC REPLACE BOTH SIDES EXHAUST MANIFOLDS AND BOLTS. CUSTOMER DECLINED AT THIS TIME.
    • CLUSTER REBUILD
    • REC REPLACE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER TO FIX SPEEDO. OIL PRESSURE SENDER CAUSING OIL PRESSURE GAUGE TO NOT WORK. R and R CLUSTER TO HAVE CLUSTER REBUILT. RECHECKED AND ALL GAUGES WORKING.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.

    • REMOVED IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER AND IGNITION SWITCH TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE IGNITION SWITCH ACTUATOR PIN. DISASSEMBLED IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER HOUSING AND REPLACED THE ACTUATOR PIN ASSY. VEHICLE STARTING WELL. KEY BROKEN PRIOR TO SERVICE
    • DIAGNOSED AND FOUND THE IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER UNABLE TO TURN TO THE START POSITION. THE KEY WAS STUCK IN THE CYLINDER HOWEVER THAT IS NO LONGER THE CASE. REMOVED LOCK CYLINDER AND FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE LOCK CYLINDER ITS SELF. ATTEMPTED TO START VEHICLE MANUALLY WITHOUT THE LOCK CYLINDER AND WAS UNABLE TO DO SO. REMOVED IGNITION SWITCH AND FOUND A BROKEN ACTUATOR ROD SUGGEST IGNITION SWITCH ACTUATOR ROD WITCH IS PART OF THE LOCK CYLINDER HOUSING. CEL ON PRIOR TO SERVICE. P0455 P0456 P0457

    • CHECKED ENTIRE FRONT SUSPENSION AND FOUND THE DRAG LINK LOOSE AT PITMAN ARM AND THE TRACK BAR BALL JOINT HAS EXCESSIVE PLAY. VEHICLE HAS AFTERMARKET TRACK BAR AND SUSPENSION LIFT. STEERING WHEEL OFF ALMOST 90 DEGREES.
    • REMOVE AND REPLACED REAR DRIVE SHAFT REAR MOST U JOINT.
    • REMOVE AND REPLACED TRAC BAR BALL JOINT.
    • PERFORMED VEHICLE ALIGNMENT, ADJUSTED TOE. TEST DROVE AND VEHICLE DROVE STRAIGHT. WHEN VEHICLE HITS A LARGE BUMP THE VEHICLE WILL PITCH ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION THE REAR END WOULD PITCH UP AND DOWN DRAMATICALLY WHEN THE VEHICLE IS SHIFTED FROM DRIVE TO REVERSE. THE REAR LIFT IS ACHIEVED BY BLOCKS AND THE MOVEMENT IS BEING EXAGGERATED BY THE LARGE LIFT. WHEN BUMPS ARE HIT THE REAR THRUST ANGLE IS BEING MOVED, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO PITCH SIDE TO SIDE.
    • FOUND THE DRAG LINK LOOSE, TIGHTENED 3 FULL TURNS. TIGHTENED THE PITMAN ARM TO GEAR BOX NUT.
