- The customer request we replace the starter battery because she has to push a button to the left of the steering wheel (Which draws power from the Hybred battery ) to start the car. She stated that she had done some research and let me know that the battery was under the back seat and it was difficult to gain access to for replacement purposes. We confirmed the customers concern and ordered a battery from the manufacturer and the first battery was incorrect and the second battery was the correct one needed for her specific model. Once the battery was replaced the vehicle is starting without having to utilize the button left of the steering wheel.
- Removed and replaced the starter battery as per customer request. Checked and vehicle starting as designed without pushing hybrid starter button.
