Confirmed radiator is leaking. Recommend replacing.
Evacuated freon from ac system. Pulled .368kg out of system that should of been .810kg. Removed front bumper and condensor. Drained coolant. Removed and replaced radiator. Filled with coolant and installed condensor back. Charged system to .810kg and installed bumper. Bled system of air and topped off coolant. Inspected of coolant leaks and ac freon leaks. None found. Dye is in ac system. Ac would not of been blowing cold. Further diagnoses will be needed for ac system later if it starts blowing warm.

Verified concern. Found vibration in wheel when applying brake heavy and vibration I could feel in the seat coming from rear rotors. Both front and rear rotors should be replaced and I would recommend starting fresh with new pads. These pads still have some life left but we will have to block sand them smooth when replacing rotors. Rotors could also be turned but they are more susceptible to warping and no guarantees on how long they will last.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
Resurfaced rear rotors. Block sanded pads down per customer request and lubed all contact points.
Resurfaced front rotors. Block sanded pads down per customer request and lubed all contact points.

Diagnosed and found front rotor lateral run out above spec. Found front rotors have a large lip on them, measured rotors and found unable to resurface, must replace to complete brake job. Found rear shocks weak and oil change 2k over by stick.
INSTALLED NEW BRAKE PADS AND REPLACED BRAKE ROTORS. TEST DROVE AND VEHICLE STOPPING GREAT WITH NO VIBRATION.

Found ac system not blowing cold. Removed engine cover and went to test power and ground at compressor. Noticed wiring harness to compressor was cut. No power to compressor. Repaired wiring and continued on with testing. Found ac now blows cold.

DIAGNOSED AND FOUND BATTERY DEAD AND ENGINE FLOODED WITH FUEL. VEHICLE STARTED AFTER HOLDING ACCELERATOR TO THE FLOOR AND CRANKING WITH JUMP BOX ATTACHED. FOUND THROTTLE BODY VERY DIRTY AND MOST LIKELY STICKING. VEHICLE RUNNING FINE ONCE STARTED. RECOMMENDED CLEANING THROTTLE BODY(WITH FUEL INJECTOR FLUSH) AND REPLACING SPARK PLUGS FOR BEING FOULED. RECOMMENDED CHARGING BATTERY AND RETESTING.
REPLACED ALTERNATOR AND RETESTED ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. CHECKED AND ALTERNATOR CHARGING GREAT. TEST DROVE AND NO SERVICE LIGHTS ON. CUSTOMER REQUEST HOLDING OFF ON THE FUEL INJECTION FLUSH.
REPLACED SPARK PLUGS AND CLEANED THROTTLE BODY. REPLACED AIR FILTER AND CHARGED BATTERY OVERNIGHT. CHECKED AND BATTERY TESTING OKAY. TEST DROVE AND BATTERY LIGHT CAME ON(LOWER VOLTAGE). CHECKED AND FOUND ALTERNATOR NO LONGER CHARGING. CORRECT BATTERY VOLTAGE AND SIGNAL TO ALTERNATOR FOR CHARGING BUT ALTERNATOR BAD. RECOMMENDED NEW ALTERNATOR AND RETEST.
