    • R&R INSTRUMENT PANEL TO ACCESS HEATER CORE. REPLACED HEATER CORE WITH NEW FROM MANUFACTURE. FILLED AND PRESSURE TESTED. NO LEAKS FOUND AND HEATER WORKING GREAT. RAN VEHICLE UNDER HEATER LOADS AND TESTED PRESSURE BUILT FROM COOLANT SYSTEM, NO PROBLEMS FOUND.

    • REPLACED THERMOSTAT AND HOUSING. REPLACED RADIATOR CAP WHILE OFF(NOT HOLDING CORRECT PRESSURE). CHECKED AND VEHICLE OPERATING AT PROPER TEMP. NO LEAKS FOUND.

    • REMOVED IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER AND IGNITION SWITCH TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE IGNITION SWITCH ACTUATOR PIN. DISASSEMBLED IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER HOUSING AND REPLACED THE ACTUATOR PIN ASSY. VEHICLE STARTING WELL. KEY BROKEN PRIOR TO SERVICE
    • DIAGNOSED AND FOUND THE IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER UNABLE TO TURN TO THE START POSITION. THE KEY WAS STUCK IN THE CYLINDER HOWEVER THAT IS NO LONGER THE CASE. REMOVED LOCK CYLINDER AND FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE LOCK CYLINDER ITS SELF. ATTEMPTED TO START VEHICLE MANUALLY WITHOUT THE LOCK CYLINDER AND WAS UNABLE TO DO SO. REMOVED IGNITION SWITCH AND FOUND A BROKEN ACTUATOR ROD SUGGEST IGNITION SWITCH ACTUATOR ROD WITCH IS PART OF THE LOCK CYLINDER HOUSING. CEL ON PRIOR TO SERVICE. P0455 P0456 P0457
