    • REPLACED OIL PRESSURE SENSOR AND CLEANED. CLEANED ENGINE AREA AROUND VALVE COVERS AND RETESTED. CHECKED AND FOUND OIL PRESSURE SENSOR READING GOOD AND NO SERVICE LIGHTS COMING ONE. FOUND VALVE COVER GASKETS ARE LEAKING. RECOMMENDED VALVE COVER GASKETS.

    • Inspected front end and located loose components. Found Both upper control arms have play in the ball joints. Pitman arm has play. Front shocks blown out. Recommend replacing all and than aligning.
    • Removed pitman arm and replaced.
    • Replaced front shocks.
    • Replaced LF upper control arm with new
    • Replaced upper control arm on RF side.
    • PERFORMED VEHICLE ALIGNMENT, ADJUSTED CAMBER CASTER AND TOE. TEST DROVE AND VEHICLE DROVE STRAIGHT.
    • Found driver door regulator is broke. Will need to replace. Pass works with pass switch. Its moving slow and binding up. Needs to be lubed. Master switch does not work pass side with out working the switch. Its failing and recommend replacing.
    • Removed door panel. Replaced window regulator with new. Installed panel back into place. Tested and working as designed.
    • Replaced master switch and tested.

NOTE : HEARD LOW WHIRLING NOISE AROUND 25MPH AND UP. NOISE SEEM TO CORRELATE WITH DRIVE LINE SPEED. UNABLE TO RUN VEHICLE ON LIFT DO TO ABS AND SPEED SENSOR INPUT FAILURE(UNABLE TO DUPLICATE ON LIFT). NOISE DOES SOUND LIKE CARRIER BEARINGS BUT NOT POSSIBLE TO VERIFY.
    • CHECKED AND UNABLE TO DUPLICATE CONCERN AT THIS TIME. BELTS HAS PROPER TENSION AND SHOW NO SIGNS OF SLIPPING. TEST DROVE AND NO SQUEAK NOISES HEARD. NO RECOMMENDED REPAIRS AT THIS TIME FOR SQUEAK.
    • VERIFIED BRAKE WEAR WARNING LIGHT ON DASH. NO RESET PROCEDURE TO CLEAR LIGHT, OPEN BRAKE PAD SENSOR OR WIRING IS TURNING LIGHT ON. RECOMMENDED INSPECTING AND REPLACING BROKEN BRAKE PAD WEAR SENSORS AS NEEDED.
    • 27 POINT INSPECTION.
