checked and found 3rd brake light bulb out, replaced and 3rd brake light working, found both tag light bulbs out, replaced both tag light bulbs and tag lights working. found head light bulb out. replaced bulb and both head lights working. multiple dtc stored for misfires on cylinder #3 but check engine light is not on at this time. test drove and verified intermittent misfire when starting cold. checked spark plugs and found #3 spark plug fouled out and other spark plugs very worn. replaced spark plugs and found intermittent misfire better but still misfiring when cold starting. performed injector balance test and found injector leaking fuel. recommended fuel injector flush for leaking injector. coolant flush is recommended to be flushed at 150k miles, test drove and heard suspension noise at left front when going over bumps. checked suspension and found front sway bar links loose. recommended front sway bar links for suspension noise. battery tested bad, recommended battery. tire rotate and oil change is recommended every 7500 miles.
Replace 3rd brake light bulb and 3rd brake light working. Replaced both tag light bulbs and tag lights working.
Replaced head light bulb and all lights working.
Replaced spark plugs.
Replaced sway bar links and no longer heard any abnormal suspension noises.
FLUSHED INJECTORS AND CLEANED THROTTLE BODY. Test drove and vehicle running great.
Replaced battery and vehicle starting great. Alternator charging great. No other recommended repairs for electrical system.

Verified concern. Pressure tested and found 2 leaks. One of the heater hoses has a small leak and the water pump is the main leak. Recommend replacing both and testing.
Replaced both heater hoses and secured.
Replaced water pump and installed new gasket. Filled with new coolant and bled air out of system. Washed coolant from engine and than test drove. No other leaks at this time.

code scan returned p0521, eop sensor performance. engine oil level is full. oil change overdue 1600 miles. engine oil leaking @ cooler lines, main seal, oil pan. no metal found in oil. engine sounds normal. oil pressure running normal. REC EPR/MOA/LOF, REPLACE ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SENSOR, RETEST.
replace eop sensor and screen. screen had minimal debris. cleared all codes. test drove while monitoring eop pid found oil pressure min 21.6psi, no cel.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.

Verified concern. Found timing chain slapping from cover area on initial start up. Recommend Replacing timing belt, tensioner, and idler. Also found VVT solenoid on front gasket is leaking. Recommend replacing solenoid. Note: Vehicle has had a major impact to front and the cross member has been cut and welded and the frame has been cut and not completely welded.
Drained coolant and removed serp belt. Gained access to timing cover and removed. Replaced water pump, idler, tensioner, and belt. Replaced cover and torqued to spec. Installed new serp belt. Filled with coolant and bled air out of system. Tested and no longer making any knocking noises.
Unable to match VVT solenoid connector that his wired on to hanrness. It goes to sensor on solenoid. Its likely that this sensor was wired on after the accident and possible engine is out of something different. Factory replacement has a different solenoid with a alternative connector that doesn't work as does all of the aftermarket. Replaced just the gasket and reused old solenoid. torqued to spec and checked for leaks. Its no longer leaking. Sprayed down the old oil and there will be some residual for a while. Recommend under belly car wash.
