- Diagnose and found dtc code p1326 which is indicating engine knock sensor concern, which is attached to the cylinder block and senses engine is knocking the sensor contains a piezoelectric element that converts vibration (or noise) into the voltage signal and sends this signal to the pcm. With this input signals from camshaft position and crankshaft position sensor ,pcm can identify engine is knocking at this time. Found oil is over full by 2.5 quarts which can cause hydraulic lock, Drained oil to correct level and verified internal engine damage is still present. Recommend replacing the engine at this time, recommended customer to dealer for possible warranty repair.
