- confirmed ac no cold. refrigerant service found was low. evac and charged to proper amount but system still no cold. using flir camera found condenser restriction causing 100deg temp drop from inlet to outlet. if replace only condenser must find cause of restriction, most likely drier. has 4deg temp diff from vent to cab REC REPLACE CONDENSER AND RETEST
- REPLACED CONDENSOR AND CHARGED A/C SYSTEM. CHECKED AND NO MORE UNWANTED RESTRICTIONS THROUGH A/C SYSTEM. HIGH AND LOW SIDE PRESSURES WITHIN SPEC AND A/C BLOWING 52 WHEN 89 OUTSIDE. NOTE HIGH SIDE PRESSURE FLUTTERING LIKE COMPRESSOR HAS BEEN DAMAGED DUE TO RESTRICTION. ADVISE CUSTOMER COMPRESSOR MAY BE GOING OUT. CUSTOMER WANTS TO DRIVE IT FOR AWHILE.
- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
