- Removed radiator cap and found radiator 1 gal. low on coolant. Topped coolant off pressure tested system and found no leaks. Also found that radiator cap is sticking not letting coolant to be pulled front coolant bottle when engine cools off, it will need a new radiator cap and customer to watch coolant level. Replaced radiator cap and recommended monitoring coolant system.
