- confirmed hvac blower inop. circuit testing found current is present @ blower when commanded and blower inop. blower motor has internal failure. REC REPLACE BLOWER MOTOR. replaced blower motor and serviced refrigerant. refrigerant was very low. added dye to system. no leaks found. hvac working good.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
- replaced battery. calibrated /married battery to vehicle computer. cleared all stored trouble history
- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
