- Inspected and found low on 134a and charged and found trhat low side service port is leaking. Recommended low side pressure valve and retest system. Installed ac low side service valve and charged system. Rechecked and no more leaks found. Ac compressor was making noise when first started and compressor is not build good pressure. Expansion valve is working at this time, recommended replacing compressor and inspecting system for debris.
- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
- WATER PUMP DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace – [Includes: R&I Air Conditioning Drive Belt.]
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
