- Pulled in and checked ac system. Found system operating and cooling to 49degrees with outside temp of 74. Thats still code but not the best degree of drop. Found low side schrader port bubbling. Found no other evidence of leaks and it did rain yesterday when this was dropped off. This can was any evidence away. At this point, I recommend recovering freon and replacing schrader valves. This is not likely the leak. When we recover we can see how load and gauge how long until the vehicle needs to return for another inspection. After recovering I replaced schrader valves and then charged system. Let it run in shop for 30 minutes and checked for any leaks. None found at this time but with .75lb low would suggest there is a leak that may not be showing itself as of now. Will need back to inspect if it starts blowing cool or warm again.
- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance. Recovered 2.077 Charged 2.75
