- Attempted to start vehicle and it did start on the first crank, started with performing a battery test and battery has tested good putting out 12.72v and measuring at 869cca and rated at 800cca . Passed stater test cranking normal charging at 14.52v -14.37v .At this time charging system component's are testing good could not duplicate failure truck is cranking normal .
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
- Inspected all brake component's and they are in good shape front brake pad's measuring at 8mm and rear brake pad's measuring at 9mm all 4 rotor's are at manufactured spec . Check all fluid's and they are clean and topped off were necessory to proper level. Check cabin and engine air filter's and they are nice and clean. All interior and exterior light's are all functioning great. Drive belt's and coolant hoses look good . Inspected all the tire's tread depth are below: Left front 4/32 and Right front 7/32 Set psi to 35 Left rear 9/32 and Right rear 8/32 Set psi to 35 Suggest 1 tire on the left front.
