  • Scanned the ECU for codes and found code B1081 (Left temp door shorted to ground) and code B1083 (Recirculation door mechanical failure) Which shows us the left temperature blend door motor is bad and will need to be replaced. When we vacuumed doen the A/C system we recovered 2.3 lbs of freon and the system only required 1.5lbs so we returned it to the proper setting.
  • Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
