- Test drove customers vehicle and confirmed the customers concern with the brakes making a bad noise, we found the rear brakes to be at a 0mm and the rear rotors are damaged due to the metal on metal status. Also found the oil change to be due in 500 miles. Customer declined the oil change but approved the brakes at this time.
- Installed new brake pads and replaced rotors. Test drove and vehicle stopping great.
