- confirmed no start, charged battery, cranks intermittent but still no start. code scan returned multiple ignition circuit codes. live data review found ec relay pid @ 0v. ecm1 fuse has power @ from ec relay but not @ ecm. lifted underhood fuse box for inspection found bulkhead connector is loose. TIGHTENED UNDERHOOD FUSE BOX BULKHEAD CONNECTOR TO FIX. cleared all codes.
