Services Performed
- Inspected the vehicle and confirmed the customers complaint of the vehicle having a bad water pump. We preformed some tests and found it to have failed. We will need to replace the water pump to correct the issue.
- Pulled passenger wheel and inner fender well. Removed outlet hose and thermostat housing. Removed the water pump. Used water pump holder to keep holes aligned. Installed back in and aligned the holes and bolted down. Connected all hoses and thermostat housing using new gaskets. Installed fender wheel well back into place. torqued wheel down and then started filling with coolant. Bled air out of system and test drove until thermostat opened and closed. All working as designed.
